We utilize a third party pet profile service to determine your pets eligibly to reside in the community based on various data points. You will be prompted to make a profile at the time of application. Monthly pet rent could be higher depending on your pets profile risks. Note: approved assistance animals are exempt from this policy. Non-Refundable $350/pet fee due at move in ( 2 pet max per unit) $50 monthly pet rent Requires Pet Screening Profile - annual fee of $30 paid to Pet Screening (pet owners only)
